Kirk represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, architects and engineers throughout the United States on public and private construction projects. He assists clients with contract drafting and negotiation, payment and performance bond claims, construction defect claims, mechanic’s liens, insurance coverage issues and contract administration and termination. Kirk also helps clients navigate the complexities of federal, state and local government contracts, including claims and contract administration under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) system and state and local procurement laws.
