Shareholder and Hospitality Practice co-chair Kelly Caralis was recently featured in the New England Real Estate Journal’s 2023 Women in Commercial Real Estate Spotlight.
In the Q&A, Kelly discussed her recent career highlights and provided advice to women in the commercial real estate field on how to choose the right firm to build a career.
She noted, “Every woman’s situation is unique and fluid. I know my priorities and aspirations have changed throughout my career. For me the most important factors are a supportive and flexible culture, stability, professional development opportunities and the ability to recognize the skills, talents and contributions we bring to the workforce.”
