Congratulations to RIW client the Home Décor Group on its successful acquisition of the majority of the business assets of White Street Paint, a retailer of paint, wallpaper and window treatment projects. Home Décor Group will now be operating the former White Street Paint locations in North Andover, Massachusetts as well as Salem, Stratham and Plaistow, New Hampshire.
This acquisition follows the Home Décor Group’s recent acquisition of the business assets of Richmond Paint and Hardware, a Braintree-based retail store providing hardware, paint, tools and building supplies for home improvement.
With these recent acquisitions, Home Décor Group now operates 24 locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
