Ruberto, Israel & Weiner is pleased to announce that David Musen has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate, Commercial Real Estate and Hospitality Practice Groups. David brings a wealth of expertise in guiding clients through various business transactions, emphasizing contract, corporate and business advice with a focus on preventative measures and strategic planning.
In his corporate practice, David specializes in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases, buy-sell agreements, financing transactions, corporate formation and shareholder/partnership agreements. His experience extends to representing clients in drafting and negotiating long-term commercial retail leases nationwide, covering both standalone commercial properties and those within shopping centers.
Before joining Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, Musen served as a corporate and commercial real estate associate at a boutique Boston area law firm. He also clerked for the Honorable Christopher J. Panos of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, Central Division.
