Shareholder Kimberly Alley was recently recognized by Boston Magazine as a 2023 top construction lawyer. Kim represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of construction disputes, employment law issues and general litigation matters.
Kim has handled more than 150 trials before state and federal courts, including over 50 jury trials. She concentrates her practice on construction disputes, employment law issues and general litigation matters. Kim is skilled in handling both the prosecution and defense of claims. Her representative matters include cases involving construction deficiencies, contract disputes, mechanic’s liens, wage violations, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, employment practices and business disputes.
Kim is a leader within the legal community and regularly lectures on advocacy issues before the trial bar and other legal interest groups. She serves as an appointed member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section Counsel. Kim was a past co-chair of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys Women’s Caucus. She is a longtime member of the Women’s Bar Association.
