Eric Shediac recently joined RIW in the Banking, Finance & Lending Department and the Commercial Real Estate Group. His practice represents institutional lenders in a wide range of credit facilities including asset-based loans, equipment leasing, commercial and industrial-based loans, real estate and asset acquisition loans, and construction loans. He also advises his lending clients through the workout process.

I have been practicing for over twenty-five years as a transactional attorney including six years as a senior legal editor for Thomson Reuters’ Practical Law.

I served as my high school’s swim team’s lumber jack mascot, and started each meet with a belly-flop into the pool!

I like to hike with my Jack Russell Terrier, watch my kids play sports, and spend time with my family.
