RIW Shareholder Adam Barnosky Quoted in Recent Boston Globe Article

RIW Hospitality Practice Group Co-Chair Adam Barnosky was quoted in a recent Boston Globe article about creative approaches to liquor licensing in the City of Boston.

Adam, who has handled licensing on behalf of various food hall operators and vendor startups, provided insight into this nuanced licensing structure, detailing the upside for up-and-coming restaurateurs who may be unable to afford their own liquor license, stating “They can test out the market and make a name for themselves and go to the next level,” he said. “It has been great for the industry.”

Adam’s clients include various companies within the hospitality industry, including signature hotel brands, sports and entertainment venues, food halls, retailers, James Beard Award-winning chefs and operators, and industry-recognized fast-casual and full-service restaurants. He regularly represents his clients before state and municipal boards, commissions, and regulatory authorities.
