UFP Technologies designs and manufactures products primarily for use in medical devices and sterile packaging, as well as for the aerospace, defense, and automotive industries. The acquisition of Welch Fluorocarbon, Inc. represents UFP Technologies’ third significant acquisition in the past 30 days.
