Ruberto, Israel & Weiner is thrilled to announce that shareholder Kimberly Alley has been named a 2024 Top Woman of Law by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
With almost 30 years in practice and a passion for civic involvement, Kim is a force in the courtroom and her community. She regularly mentors new associates, summer interns, and other less experienced attorneys by sharing courtroom tactics, case preparation strategies, and negotiation skills she’s refined throughout her career. Kim has lectured on advocacy issues before the trial bar, taken leadership roles for conferences and non-profit organizations, and was Co-Chair of the MBA’s Annual Employment Law Conference and Fuchs Labor Law Conferences. She is also an appointed member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section Council.
In addition to her work within the legal field, Kim was recently recognized with a Lifetime Achievement acknowledgment from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for raising over $122,000 in her Boston Marathon fundraising efforts between 2021 and 2024.
The Top Women of Law honorees are nominated by their peers and selected by a panel of judges comprised of members of the local legal community and MALW’s editorial and leadership team. Nominations, applications, and recommendations are evaluated based on professional accomplishments, bar leadership, community service, pro bono work, and mentoring.
