Shareholders David Robinson and Eric Sigman will be attending and presenting at the National Retail Tenants Association’s Annual Conference in Fort Lauderdale on September 17 to 20.
Eric will be presenting a course concerning the best practices for commercial tenants in handling Estoppels and SDNAs. David, a longtime member of the NRTA’s Education Committee, will be presenting courses concerning resolving legal challenges and disputes with landlords and writing and responding to legal demand letters.
The NRTA provides retail, office, corporate, industrial and franchise tenants with real estate administration education. Disciplines involved in this area of business include lease administration, occupancy cost control, lease auditing, lease accounting, legal and portfolio management.
