Overview
Lauren is a member of RIW’s Litigation Department where she represents companies and individuals primarily in the areas of commercial employment litigation and employment law. Lauren regularly handles large scale, business disputes from discovery to trial in a wide variety of areas, including shareholder disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty claims, complex breach of contract cases, and construction disputes. Lauren’s employment law experience includes advising both management and employees on wage and hour violations, misclassification, discrimination claims, employee departures, severance and separation agreements, and conducting internal investigations. Clients rely on Lauren’s thoughtful yet energetic approach to problem solving, her clear-headed, solutions-oriented judgment and advice, and, when necessary, her fierce advocacy on their behalf.
